Seven staff at regional accountancy, tax and business advisory group Milsted Langdon have been promoted as demand for its services continues to grow.

The firm, which has offices in Bristol, Bath, Yeovil and Taunton as well as London, said its latest round of promotions recognised the many talents of its staff while also rewarding key people who had trained with it and risen through the ranks.

The most senior of these is Jon Edge, who has been named as a director.

Jon, pictured, who is based in Yeovil, has worked in the profession for many years and assisted numerous local businesses, predominantly assisting them with audit and accounting work.

Martin Johnson has become the firm’s latest senior manager while Nilesh Mashru is now a manager and Dan Trace an assistant manager.

Alongside these senior appointments, Steph Eddy, Joe Stefanotti and Harriet Banks have been promoted to supervisors.

Milsted Langdon partner and the chair Tim Close said: “It is great to see so many members of our team progressing through their careers as we look to grow and expand our services to even more businesses.

“Our team work incredibly hard to achieve outstanding results for our clients, and so we are always delighted when we can promote our talented staff.”

Milsted Langdon people partner Rachel Hotham added: “We are proud of our commitment to the support and development of our team.

“We now have many directors and partners who have trained with the firm and risen through the ranks to the top of the profession.”

Earlier this year Milsted Langdon took on 14 new trainees – a record number for the firm.
