Bristol law firm Meade King has appointed Alex Lyttle as a senior solicitor in its dispute resolution team.

Alex, pictured, joins after spending six years at Wards, the 10-office Bristol firm, where he was an associate solicitor.

His arrival comes just under a year after Meade King relocated to new offices in Welsh Back from nearby Queen Square – a move that has prompted a period of expansion at the historic firm.

Partner and head of dispute resolution John Vasey said: “Our commercial expertise, strong track record of delivering winning results and high level of client care has meant that we will be looking to recruit further this year in order to meet demand.

“Having Alex on board will mean we can engage with more clients and continue to deliver an excellent professional service.”

Alex added: “I’m delighted to be joining Meade King, a firm with a longstanding reputation in Bristol and an excellent relationship with many dynamic and successful business people.  I look forward to developing my expertise in commercial litigation and employment law and being part of such a talented legal team.”

Meade King is one of the longest established legal firms in Bristol with roots going back to the 18th century.

It is also one of the few remaining independent Bristol based practices providing a full range of legal services to businesses and to private individuals.
