International property consultancy JLL has made a number of graduate appointments to its Bristol office as the market continues to improve.

Four have joined with a fifth due to start in September – the highest number of graduate appointments made by the office since 2007.

Head of JLL’s Bristol office, Jeremy Richards, said: “We are delighted to be able to strengthen our growing team in Bristol with these latest appointments.

“They were all originally due to start in September but we’ve been able to take on four of them already, which is another reflection of the improving market conditions.”

Lucy Warren and Chris Quaile join the building and construction team, Kathryn Hollick joins healthcare valuation and Ross Wigley joins the office agency team.

A fifth graduate, Deborah Bryant Pearson, will be joining the office in September.

Kathryn recently completed a Masters in real estate management at UWE. She previously worked as a lettings administrator at Network Rail.

Lucy worked as a trainee building surveyor in the property services department at Avon Fire and Rescue Service. She is a graduate of UWE.

Chris graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2012 before going on to work at Western Building Consultants in Bath.

Ross studied property management and investment at UWE.
