Bristol-based serviced apartment company SACO has opened its 15th serviced apartments scheme in London as the company celebrates 15 years in business.

SACO Aldgate – Foundry Court includes one, two and three-bedroom serviced apartments – each designed by London interior designer Luke Doonan of Conscious Image with a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, luxurious bathroom and balcony.

The development, off Whitechapel Road, is a short walk from the City and with the Docklands Light Railway close by is convenient for Canary Wharf.

SACO director Jo Redman said: “Over the past 12 months the demand for serviced apartment accommodation near The City has constantly outstripped supply.

“Our other apartments at Aldgate in Leman Street have been incredibly popular due to the number of business travellers working in the area and needing somewhere to stay for several weeks at a time.

“The opening of Foundry Court will help us meet this demand, offering an additional nine serviced apartments in the area.”

SACO, whose first serviced apartment was in its home city of Bristol, is one of the most well-established companies in a relatively young sector.
