The Bristol office of national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a new surveyor to its expanding valuation division.

Roseanne Falconer, pictured, an RICS registered valuer, will focus on development appraisals and investment property for secured lending purposes in her new role. She will work in Bristol and the wider region alongside key members of LSH’s valuation division.

Roseanne joins LSH from Cushman & Wakefield in London, where she worked primarily as a valuation surveyor producing valuation reports for banks and specialist lenders for development appraisals and secured lending purposes.  She also worked in the company’s national ratings team.

Roseanne said: “This is an exciting opportunity for me, and with LSH’s breadth and depth of resources and impressive client record, I am looking forward to developing my career within this best practice environment.”

LSH valuations director Ed Smith said: “We are delighted to welcome Roseanne to our team. We are seeing an escalating demand for our services from our clients, and Roseanne’s knowledge and experience in the specialist areas in which we operate will strengthen and add depth to our division.”
