Knight Frank’s Bristol residential investment team boosted by arrival of new partner

Property agency Knight Frank has appointed Craig Wallace as a partner in its in Bristol office’s residential investment and development valuation & advisory team.

Craig, pictured, will provide valuation services to lending institutions, local authorities, residential property developers and investors on schemes across the South West, South Wales and the South of England, ranging from a few buildings up to 1,000-home developments. 

His remit will also cover development land and the growing buy-to-let and Private Rented Sector (PRS) build-to-rent housing sectors.

He joins from national property agency Lambert Smith Hampton’s Bristol office, where he worked in the valuation and real estate advisory department for the past eight years, providing a range of valuation and development consultancy services.

Craig said: “Knight Frank is a very well-established firm, and this was a great opportunity to join a very strong team with an excellent reputation in the residential sector.

“I will be working closely with a range of clients including banks, local authorities, and private developers.”
