Investors in People silver standard recognises Rosemont Recruitment’s people-first approach

Bristol-based recruitment specialist Rosemont has achieved the sought-after Investors in People Silver Award.

Less than 600 organisations across the country have been awarded the standard, which recognises best practice in areas such as learning and development, leadership skills and staff recognition.

Aztec West-headquartered Rosemont specialises in senior appointments within the built environment in roles spanning residential development, building and civil engineering, consulting engineering and architectural and town planning.

Its clients include blue-chip companies such as Galliford Try and EW Beard.

Managing director Craig Davidge, pictured, who founded the fast-growing business in 2012, said: “In just three years we have transformed the business performance of this company and that, in large part, is due to is a highly motivated and dedicated team of professionals.

Organisations can achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold status by meeting additional evidence requirements from across the Investors in People framework. To secure Silver, they must demonstrate an additional 76 or more pieces of evidence above the Investors in People core standard.

Rosemont is also a member of the Association of Executive Recruiters.
