Regional law firm Foot Anstey has appointed Martin Hirst as a partner in its Bristol real estate group as it expands its offering to housebuilders and property developers.
Martin, pictured, specialises in all aspects of development in the housebuilding sector from site acquisition through to disposal and has been at the centre of many high-profile schemes. 
He previously worked in the South Coast offices of law firm Blake Morgan and advises several of the UK’s leading housebuilders.
Chambers UK 2016, the respected legal sector directory, calls him a “notable practitioner” and “well regarded for his strong house builder practice and has many years of experience in the residential development market”.
