Bristol hot tub and pool specialist Fitswim has taken a trade counter unit at South Bristol’s Enterprise Trade Centre on a five-year lease as part of its expansion.

The firm, which already has its main base at the centre in Hengrove, wanted to take advantage of the prominent 6,808 sq ft trade counter unit, which fronts onto the busy Roman Farm Road and Hengrove Way Junction.

The centre, four miles south of Bristol city centre, is home to a range of occupiers including Topps Tiles, Tile Giant and security firm Gemsec.

The Fitswim deal was brokered by letting agents Montagu Evans and DTZ, on behalf of landlords The Fix UK.

Andrew Veitch of Montagu Evans said: “Enterprise Trade Centre has been a successful location for Fitswim and it was keen to continue to take advantage of the prominent and modern trade counter space offered here.”

Philip Cranstone, senior surveyor in industrial agency at DTZ in Bristol, added: “Further units at the scheme are available from 3,045 sq ft to 6,832 sq ft and are suited to trade counter operators and traditional warehouse and industrial occupiers.”

As well as hot tubs and pools, Fitswim sells cleaning chemicals and spares and provides repairs and servicing. It also has an outlet in Wellington, Somerset.
