Brabazon Office Park in Filton has attracted three new occupiers. Joint agents BNP Paribas and Alder King Property Consultants have let Unit Three – a 2,482 sq ft office – to Third Dimension Software on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £15.50 per sq ft. The company makes the GapGun wireless laser gauge used mainly in the aerospace and automotive industries.

Spires Engineering, a specialist training firm, has taken 1,820 sq ft Unit Eight on a new 3-year lease at a rent of £15.50 per sq ft, and engineering consultancy Morson Projects has rented 4,725 sq ft on the ground floor of Unit 12. This agreement is on a new 5-year lease at a rent of £16 per sq ft.

Alder King surveyor Thomas Dugay said: “Brabazon’s location in North Bristol was a key draw for these businesses, especially due to the close proximity of businesses such as BAE Systems, Airbus and Rolls-Royce.”

The office park was built in 2007 by developer Terrace Hill.
