Healthcare sector specialist joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office as senior consultant

The Bristol office of property agency Cushman & Wakefield has appointed healthcare sector specialist Edward Stenner as a senior consultant.

Edward, pictured, joins the firm’s public sector advisory team and will report to partner Laura Stamboulieh, who heads the team. 

Edward joins Cushman & Wakefield from Capita Real Estate/Capita Health Partners, where he spent five years involved in strategic estate management, property management and facilities management roles across various public healthcare organisations.

More recently he has been involved in writing local estate strategies for the health sector in Cornwall, Devon, Bristol, Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. In his new role he will be responsible for delivering strategic advice to new and existing public sector clients.

Laura Stamboulieh said: “We are delighted to have Edward join the team. Our public sector advisory team works with a wide range of organisations and his experience, particularly within the healthcare sector will be invaluable.”
