Communications agency McCann Bristol has launched its own striking campaign aimed at attracting the region’s top creative talent following an extremely successful 2016 to date.

Developed by the creative team at McCann Bristol, the new ad aims to reflect the full-service, integrated nature of the agency.

The campaign aims to recruit creatives to fill a number of new posts in the agency, including account handlers, planners, a digital account manager and media manager. McCann Bristol, part of the giant McCann Worldgroup, employs 55 people in its Redcliff Street office.

The campaign’s artwork, based around an arresting portrait by celebrated London photographer Antony Crossfield, is appearing across digital, out-of-home and print platforms in Bristol, including a hard-to-miss 96-sheet poster near Temple Meads railway station.

McCann Bristol managing director Andy Reid said: “It’s been a fantastic year so far for the agency, in fact the most successful in our 25-plus years in Bristol, with a series of new client wins and growth of our existing portfolio.

“During the past few months, we have won prestigious integrated advertising, digital marketing and media buying accounts including Motability, Perrys, One Family and Bristol Energy.

“To continue to attract cutting edge talent to the agency, we wanted to create an eye-catching campaign that showcases the creative skills that we already boast and reflects the fully integrated, ‘360-degree’ approach to our work.

“Bristol is a phenomenally creative city and there is a strong pool of talent across the South West that we want to communicate to through our campaign.”
