National planning and development consultancy Turley has made three promotions in its Bristol office, including two associate director appointments.

Jadine Havill, pictured, has been made associate director in Turley’s planning team. She has worked on several high-profile projects across the region, including the redevelopments of Wiltshire College’s Salisbury and Lackham campuses.

In her new role, she will focus on developing Turley’s work and relationships with a number of key clients and project partners, across a range of sectors including education, later living and energy infrastructure.

She will also continue to lead the business’s hi-tech and innovation hubs group to build on its impressive portfolio of work in the sector.

Jonathan Dodd has also been made an associate director in the planning team, with a focus on strategic residential promotion and development.

Jonathan, pictured, has played a key role in supporting the promotion and delivery of several large-scale residential sites in the South West, including a number of new garden communities. He is also a key advisor to Turley’s clients on housing supply and delivery and is involved in a number of planning inquiries.

Emily Baldwin, a member of Turley’s strategic communications team, has been made senior consultant and will be working alongside the wider business to advise on political engagement, public relations and community consultation for development opportunities in Bristol and the wider South West region.

The promotions further strengthen Turley’s offering across planning and strategic communications services.

Turley chief executive Dave Trimingham said: “Even in the most challenging times our people have consistently delivered great work for our clients and we’ve reported a strong end to the financial year as a result.

“We have a people focussed culture and are committed to nurturing co-owner talent and recognising achievements. These promotions are thoroughly deserved.”

Turley, which has 14 offices across the UK, is a full-service national planning and development consultancy with market-leading expertise in design and development.

It operates in key development sectors including residential, retail, energy infrastructure, health, education, sports and stadia, hospitality and leisure, business space, minerals and mining, financial institutions and transport infrastructure.
