Anthony Martin has joined independent property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook’s Bristol-based valuation team.

In a career spanning 35 years, Anthony, pictured, has built up a wealth of experience, working with firms in the West of England and London including Chesterton, Cluttons, Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office – where he was head of valuation – and, most recently, as a partner with Cushman & Wakefield in Bristol.

He joins Hartnell Taylor Cook as an associate director and will report to the firm’s head of lease advisory Louise Georgi.

Louise said: “I am delighted that Anthony has joined the professional services department here at Hartnell Taylor Cook.

“He will be focusing on valuation work, drawing upon his experience gained in London, the South of England and national UK markets.

“He has a wide breadth of experience gained in undertaking commercial, mixed-use and residential valuations for a variety of purposes, including loan security, balance sheet, fund, planning, viability, sale and acquisition, capital transfers and tax/statutory purposes.

“He will be a most welcome addition to the team, to service existing clients and expand our offer.”

HTC, which also has an office in London, offers a variety of services including agency, valuation, landlord and tenant, rating, development, investment, management, and building consultancy.
