All four graduate trainees at Bristol property agency Hartnell Taylor Cook have passed their APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to become qualified chartered surveyors.

Giving the firm a 100% pass rate are Henry deTeissier, pictured top right, an industrial agent, and Tom Gable , pictured bottom right, a property & Asset Management surveyor – both based in the Bristol office – along with property & asset management surveyor Will Moss and project & building consultancy surveyor Ian Hodgson, who are based in its London office.

Hartnell Taylor Cook managing partner Stuart Howell said: “Congratulations go to all four. Since joining Hartnell Taylor Cook, each of them have shown the potential to be very good surveyors in their specialised field, they have all worked hard and dedicated time and effort to ensure they reach the high standards required by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) to qualify.

“We like to encourage graduates to join the firm, help them find their niche and then to progress through the company.  We actually have several full partners who followed this route and as a result both the company and our clients reap the benefits associated with continuity of staff.”
