Triodos Bank has released three properties on to the market as it gears up to move from Clifton to new city centre headquarters at WestOne, close to College Green and Bristol Cathedral.

Property agents GVA says the most impressive is Brunel House, an imposing period building on The Promenade where 7,436 sq ft of space is available  set over the basement and four upper floors. On-site parking as well as attractive gardens to the rear are included. Just 200 metres from Durdham Downs and Bristol Zoo, the offices are available by way of an assignment of the existing lease or a flexible sublease.

Some 6,000 sq ft of space will also be available to sub-let in the ethical bank's new headquarters in Deanery Road, College Green.  The building has a BREEAM Excellent environment rating and features such as an impressive glazed reception area, energy efficient air conditioning, a zoned intelligent lighting system, cycle storage and shower facilities.

Ben O’Connor, regional head of office agency at GVA in Bristol, says, “Triodos Bank’s headquarters is one of the city’s most talked about new developments and showcases the highest levels of sustainable office construction.  This is a great opportunity for a leading edge company to join Triodos Bank and locate their business in this exceptional property, which is widely acknowledged as one of the greenest buildings in the city.”

Triodos Bank took out a 15 year lease on 26,500 sq ft of space at the property earlier this year from developers Westmark. It was opened in 2010 as part of Westmark’s energy-efficient-led development, which is also home to the Environment Agency’s 70,000 sq ft headquarters in the adjacent Horizon House.

To complete the trio of instructions, 1,760 sq ft of open plan accommodation is also available on the second floor of 58 Royal York Crescent; this purpose built self-contained office building is situated in one of the most prestigious addresses in the heart of Clifton.

"This is an exceptional opportunity to take advantage of three very different business properties in Bristol, " said Ben O’Connor.
