The Bristol office of national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has boosted its office advisory division with the appointment of Chris Andrews as a new graduate surveyor.

Chris, pictured, joins from US multinational Berkshire Hathaway, where he worked as a junior broker in its residential agency arm in Nantucket, Massachusetts, matching high net worth clients with suitable properties.

A master’s graduate in real estate investment from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Chris will be working across both the office advisory and capital markets teams in Bristol. He is the latest member of staff to be recruited by LSH’s Bristol office following recent surveyor appointments by its building consultancy and real estate advisory teams.

Chris said he was excited at the prospect of developing his career at LSH. “Joining a company the size of Lambert Smith Hampton gives me plenty of opportunities to extend my experience and undertake a wide variety of client projects,” he said.

“In particular, I am looking forward to working with a highly experienced team and expanding my knowledge of the South West’s commercial property market.”

LSH Bristol head of office Peter Musgrove added: “Chris is a talented and committed young surveyor whose skills perfectly complement our growing team. His experience and motivation will enhance our offer as we continue to expand our client base in the region.”
