Graduate building surveyor boosts LSH’s Bristol office as property market continues to recover

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has strengthened the building consultancy team at its Bristol office with the appointment of graduate building surveyor Jessica Dabrowski.

Jessica, pictured, joins at a time of growth for the national commercial property consultancy, which has won a number of new clients over the past few months.

The University of Reading graduate, who gained a first-class degree in building surveying, has moved to LSH from Cushman and Wakefield in London where she assisted chartered building surveyors and managed projects.

Director of LSH’s Bristol building consultancy team Cathy Knutsen said: “Having won a number of new clients recently, it is wonderful that we are able to take on additional staff to cope with demand and continue to provide the high levels of service for which we are known.

Jessica added: “I was keen to move to a company that had a national reputation for excellence and that would support me as I develop my skills and qualifications in building surveying. Moving to Lambert Smith Hampton will enable me to progress my career and gain some fantastic experience alongside a top class team.”

While at the University of Reading, she gained its School of Construction, Management and Engineering’s High Achievers Award and was a finalist in the Association of Women in Property Student of the Year awards.
