Restructuring and insolvency advisory firm Quantuma has opened its sixth UK office in Bristol with two former BDO directors at the helm.

In January Quantuma, which also has offices in Southampton, Marlow, London, Watford and Brighton, announced that it had recruited BDO Bristol practice head Graham Randall to lead its new team in the city.

Graham has 30 years’ experience in the restructuring and insolvency field and brings a proven track record of rescuing businesses.

Joining Graham as director is Mark Roach, also ex-BDO in Bristol. Mark has worked in the restructuring profession for more than 23 years with SMEs, partnerships and sole traders and was previously with the Bristol offices of Numerica and NMGW.

He has also worked on a complex project with Barclays Bank and the Financial Conduct Authority, as well as The Royal Bank of Scotland in its distressed customer team.

Providing support will be Frank Nicol as assistant manager and Kerrie Rees as an administrator. Frank brings more than 25 years’ experience and specialises in contentious insolvency and asset tracing and recovery. Kerrie has experience in a wide range of both personal and corporate insolvency procedures.

Graham Randall said: “Despite the improvement in the UK economy businesses in the region continue to face a wide range of challenges. We are delighted to open a local Quantuma office to provide support and advice to businesses and their stakeholders facing financial stress”.
