The Bristol offices of property consultants Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook have been appointed to market Almondsbury Business Centre, the nine-building business park close to the M4/M5 interchange in North Bristol.

The centre, pictured, part of the iO AM portfolio and managed by Caisson Investment Management, has recently been refurbished to a high standard and now has dedicated car parking spaces and attractive outside seating zones in a landscaped location.

Four of the buildings – Stanway, Linden, Bradbrooke and Bredon House – are now available, offering accommodation ranging from 1,543 to 6,932 sq ft on flexible terms.

Catherine Collis of Alder King said the Centre was currently one of the few business parks in North Bristol where occupiers could either rent, buy now or purchase later on a ‘flexi lease’.

“Over the past year, the majority of office take-up in Bristol has come from occupiers looking for smaller units on flexible leasehold terms,” she said.

“Almondsbury Business Centre, with its three different occupier and investment options, is therefore a serious contender for any organisation looking for quality space in North Bristol.”
