Event: The funding landscape for entrepreneurs considering going public

Engine Shed, Bristol’s innovation hub, launches a quarterly finance series on May 12 with a session aimed at entrepreneurs considering exiting from their business via an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Despite recent volatility, the public markets are still an important financing option for growth companies and an ultimate aspiration for many.

The interactive event, called Moving to the next level – the funding landscape and how to go public, will discuss the opportunities and challenges for growth companies looking to raise equity capital and potentially go public.

Speakers John Wakefield from WH Ireland and Claire Dorrian from the London Stock Exchange will explain what business owners need to think about if their exit strategy is an a few years down the line.
