International provider of professional services to the resources and energy sectors WorleyParsons has relocated its Bristol office to position itself for further growth.

The firm has taken just over 4,300 sq ft of recently-refurbished space on the second floor of the waterfront Bull Wharf office building on Redcliff Street.

Staff were previously based in a Regency building in Redcliffe Parade West which is now being converted back into residential use. Bull Wharf has become a popular location and has just one floor remaining following the arrival of Fox Hartley Solicitors earlier this year.

Adrian Shields of WorleyParsons said: “Bull Wharf puts us on a strong strategic footing for the future with its central location, easy walking distance to Temple Meads and superb waterfront views.

“The refurbishment has been completed to a great standard and offers us the flexibility we require to expand our Bristol base in an excellent working environment. We can’t wait to settle in.”

Phil Moore, associate director in letting agent DTZ’s Bristol office agency team, added: “Bull Wharf has continued to attract a diverse range of occupiers seeking centrally located high quality office space.”
