Digital infrastructure practice launched by Granger Reis with global expert at the helm

Bristol-based global executive search firm Granger Reis has recruited one of the world’s foremost experts in the digital infrastructure leadership market to lead its new practice covering the fast-growing sector.

Steve Dargan, pictured, left, with Granger Reis managing partner Jamie Pagehas more than 17 years’ experience and has joined Granger Reis (GR) following a five-and-a-half-year tenure as global market leader in digital infrastructure (DI) at US-headquartered management consulting giant Korn Ferry.

Founded in 2008 and now employing more than 40 people, Granger Reis has developed into one of the UK’s leading international executive search firms and headhunters, specialising in infrastructure, real estate, natural resources, energy and industrial technologies.

Clients include housebuilder Redrow, transport giant First Group and property developer Stanhope.

Its new DI practice will focus on data centres, towers and fibre and will work with the world’s foremost tech, investment, and construction organisations.

The firm said the expansion into DI aligned with its core practice areas of energy & infrastructure, mining & metals real estate and industrial technologies.

The new practice is already navigating the impact of AI as organisations grapple with the critical need for leaders to create, develop and scale new ways of delivering this technology sustainably.
