The vision behind the UK’s first inland surfing destination is on the menu at the latest meeting of the Bristol Curry Club today.

The club, an informal monthly gathering of property industry professionals, has lined up co-founder/director of The Wave UK Nick Hounsfield to speak about the ambitious plan.

The highly-innovative project aims to develop a surfing lake within a beautiful green multi-activity landscape, creating an education and leisure centre for all ages and backgrounds.

Bristol Curry Club, which launched last month, has a focus on the property, construction and finance sectors. Members benefit from networking in a relaxed environment while enjoying exceptional Indian cuisine and listening to a topical speaker. No membership is required to attend events; to attend visit the website.

Today’s meeting is at 4500 miles from Delhi, 8-10 Colston Avenue, Bristol between 12noon and 2pm.
