Synergy Creative, the Bristol-based design and marketing communications agency, has further expanded its creative team with the appointment of Zoe Grimes as creative manager and James Jenson as senior designer.

Zoe, who has more than 10 years’ experience in branding, product launches and advertising, joins as creative manager from global workplace furniture design company Herman Miller where she worked as creative lead on a number of branding and product launch projects.

James joins from household appliance group Dyson in Malmesbury. James has significant experience in advertising, art direction, TV and print media. His most recent project was the advertising concepts, design and TV advertising for Dyson’s new air multiplier TV campaign.

As part of  the 15-strong team at Synergy, which specialises in brand engagement, marketing communications and employee engagement, the pair will work on international clients including law firm Olswang, betting group Ladbrokes and Brussels-based global gear manufacturer IG Watteeuw.

Synergy creative director Giles Hicks said: “It’s great to welcome Zoe and James to the team. I expect them to add considerable value to our creative offerings. Their experience with high profile consumer brands such as Herman Miller and Dyson can only strengthen our existing expertise in premium brands.”

The firm is rated among the top 100 design and advertising agencies outside London by the Recommended Agency Register.
