International property agency CBRE has made a series of new appointments in its Bristol office as it celebrates 15 years in the city.

Following a record year in Bristol’s office market, Alex Riddell joins as an associate director in the office agency team, while graduate surveyor, Hannah Hicks, has been appointed to capital markets.

CBRE Bristol managing director Tom Morris, who joined the firm as a graduate more than 10 years ago, said: “We’re excited to be welcoming the new members of our Bristol team as we celebrate our 15th anniversary here and look ahead to the future.

“The South West market is as strong as ever and we look forward to working with our new team members to ensure CBRE continues to give an unrivalled service to our clients.”

CBRE opened its first Bristol office in Berkeley Square with four members of staff in 2003. It moved to its current offices in Clifton Heights in 2015, where it now has a team of more than 60 people.
