Automotive repair firm Gemini Accident Repair Centres has opened its first branch in Bristol, taking 6,832 sq ft at Hengrove.

The branch, its fourth UK repair centres, is at Unit 13 on the Enterprise Trade Park and includes a secure yard.

It joins outlets in Cheltenham, Redditch and Halesowen in the Gemini portfolio, which also includes 16 bodyshops in Australia – the Bristol branch is twinned with the Balcatta site in Perth.

The deal was brokered by property agents DTZ and Montagu Evans on behalf of the landlord The Fix UK Limited Partnership. Gemini Property represented the tenant.

Occupiers at Enterprise Trade Park include Topps Tiles, Tile Giant, Gemsec, Derwent Flooring and Fitswim.

DTZ associate director in Bristol Will Nell said: “Enterprise Trade Park has continued to be a popular choice for occupiers seeking good quality trade counter space in an accessible out-of-town location.”

Gemini Accident Repair Centres managing director Dave Sargeant added: “Enterprise Trade Park offers the best of both worlds – excellent quality accommodation as well as good access to the city centre and our customer base.”
