Building surveyor joins Knight Frank in Bristol as it takes on more projects across the region

Commercial property adviser Knight Frank’s Bristol team has expanded again with the appointment of Alex Cary as a graduate building surveyor.

Alex, pictured, joins the building consultancy department where he will be involved in both professional and project work on a range of commercial properties across the South West.

Head of the department in Bristol, Andrew Burt, said: “Business is very buoyant and we are involved in some very exciting projects across Bristol and the wider region. 

“Alex’s appointment indicates our intention to continue to develop high-quality talent and will allow us to expand and deliver additional services for our clients.”

Alex, who recently qualified in building surveying from the University of Coventry, said: “Knight Frank enjoys a very good reputation and I was keen to join such a well-respected team.”

The Knight Frank building consultancy division is involved at any stage of a building project’s lifecycle with services including surveying, dilapidations, refurbishments, building reinstatement and project management.
