Independent news and information website Bristol24-7 is celebrating its second birthday by unveiling a complete revamp of its site and enhancing its digital marketing services.

The site, winner of the website of the year award in the recent EDF Energy South West Media Awards, now has around 50,000 unique visitors a month.

And in a significant move, it will shortly be teaming up with Bristol Business News to provide an enhanced news, information, analysis and comment to both sites. More details will be announced shortly.

Bristol24-7’s Digital Marketing business is also being developed further as it enters its third year. The business offers:

  • Website Design
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Social Media Consultancy
  • Email Marketing
  • Digital Design
  • PR & Media Campaigns

To mark its second birthday, Bristol24-7 Digital Marketing is offering £500 off its marketing packages. Go to www.bristoldigitalmarketing.com to find out more.

Bristol24-7 founder and editor Chris Brown, a former journalist on the Western Daily Press, said: “It's been hard work, but as editor I am so proud of how far 24-7 has come.

“With Bristol24-7 Digital Marketing, we have brought together some of the brightest designers, writers, producers and marketers in the city to provide a complete digital marketing package which we believe is one of the most powerful marketing offers around.”

The revamped website now has more advertising space, more social media links, more news and comment content, more author links, and easier navigation. It is also about to launch a comprehensive listings service with mobile at its heart.
