Two senior associates in national firm Clarke Willmott’s Bristol office have been promoted to partner. Tim Copplestone and Natalie Read are among four promotions at the firm, which has seven offices across England and Wales.

Tim, pictured right, who represented Great Britain at kayaking, joined Clarke Willmott in 2007 as an employment lawyer in its sports sector, based in Bristol.
He advises a wide range of commercial employers, professional clubs and senior employees on contractual matters, Employment Tribunal litigation and employment issues arising in corporate transactions.

Natalie, pictured below, joined Clarke Willmott in 2003 and is a member of its construction team in Bristol.

She practices both contentious and non-contentious construction law and specialises in resolving construction disputes, acting for a range of clients including employers, developers, contractors and sub-contractors across a wide range of sectors.

Clarke Willmott chief executive Stephen Rosser said: “I am delighted that we have internally promoted four of our team to partner. Individually they have demonstrated excellent commitment to their clients and the firm.
“Their promotion comes following a strong year for the firm. We will announce our results later in the summer, but we enjoyed good revenue and profit growth whilst continuing to invest in the future of the business.”

The promotions follow continued expansion at Clarke Willmott. The firm has recently relocated its London and Manchester offices to support growth as well as increased its headcount.

Clarke Willmott also has offices in Birmingham, Cardiff, Southampton and Taunton.
