National financial planning firm Cooper Parry Wealth has opened a base in Bristol as it looks to bring its award-winning offering into the South West for the first time.
The firm, which covers the East and West Midlands and the South East from offices near Derby and in Solihull, London and Kent, has become one of the fastest-growing financial planning firms in the UK.
It has trebled revenues over the past five years while it has also been voted the Best Financial Adviser Firm to Work For two years running.
The Bristol office is headed by Simon Williams, who joins as a relationship director from the Bristol office of Close Brothers Asset Management, where he was a senior financial planner.
He said: “The decision to join Cooper Parry Wealth was simple. My passion is working with people, in helping them to understand how to achieve what they want in the future. As soon as I realised I shared these ambitions and beliefs with Cooper Parry Wealth, I wanted to join the team”.
Cooper Parry Wealth CEO Stephen Jones added: “We’re really excited about opening up in a new area, particularly Bristol, as the South West was an area we identified as part of our growth plan. Cooper Parry Wealth has a unique proposition and we look forward to bringing this to families and businesses in and around the city.”
The firm’s Bristol base is in the Framework co-working office in King Street, which will act as an initial location before a planned move to a more permanent office in the future.
