Bristol office opened by property consultants Sanderson Weatherall

Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has opened an office in Bristol to cover the South West and South Wales.

The King Street base, the firm’s sixth, will provide a wide range of property, construction and corporate recovery services.  

Joining the Bristol office are new recruits Aaron Treliving, partner and head of office, and senior surveyor Mark Dunn, while chartered surveyor Mark Sheridan has transferred from the Leeds branch.

Development support will be provided by long-standing partner and head of building consultancy George Penrice, who said: “We are very positive about the opportunity that lies in the Bristol region. Aaron and Mark have excellent local knowledge not to mention a wealth of experience in their fields. The addition of Mark Sheridan is also a welcome boost to the business and substantially broadens the range of services we can offer.”

Chartered building surveyor Aaron Treliving has wide-ranging experience including development monitoring, due diligence, dilapidations, strategic property management, contract administration, project management and expert witness.

Mark Dunn’s broad range of professional building consultancy includes party wall surveying, building surveys, insurance claims, condition surveys and CDM (?) coordination /construction health and safety. Both have extensive knowledge of the regional market place.

Mark Sheridan will be responsible for valuation, estate management, agency and landlord and tenant services.

Sanderson Weatherall has offices in Leeds, London, Newcastle, Manchester and Teesside.
