Estate administration specialist Kings Court Trust has relocated to Bristol from Bath following a period of sustained growth.

The firm, which works with bereaved families, has taken 6,600 sq ft in the landmark Spectrum Building on Bond Street. It said the space would offer a more flexible working area for its 100 legal and tax experts, while also providing room to expand the business operation in line with anticipated growth over the next few years.

CEO Tom Curran said: “We are delighted to move to Spectrum House at such an exciting time for the business. Bristol is a growing hub for financial and legal services and our new office will place us at the heart of this thriving business community.

“Although this is a significant move for the business, it will not change the way in which we serve our customers and business partners. We remain committed to providing the best estate administration service on the market, ensuring that every action, decision and service we offer goes some way to achieving our purpose – helping families to move on.”

Kings Court Trust specialises in providing a comprehensive estate administration service to families and has helped more than 7,000 families deal with the estates of relatives since 2002, during which it has distributed more than £1.5bn of assets to beneficiaries.

It works with a UK-wide network of business partners including will writers, financial advisers and funeral directors.
