Bristol firm checks in with another London serviced apartment property

Bristol-based serviced apartment company SACO, which now has properties in 31 UK locations, has opened a new collection of studio and one-bedroom accommodation in London, increasing the number of its own operated locations to 14 across the capital. Red Lion Court, just off Fleet Street, is the company's second serviced apartment facility in the area.

Sharing a Fleet Street address with many international law firms, barristers' chambers and large companies, the apartments are in a newly-renovated building, formerly the home of the British Press. They are named after the Red Lion Tavern which stood nearby from the 17th century until the 1960s.

SACO marketing director Jo Redman said: “Over the past two years we’ve been rolling out an expansion project, concentrating on our London portfolio so that we could offer business travellers more choice when staying in the capital.

“Red Lion Court provided a great opportunity to increase our presence in the area as it’s perfectly positioned to act as a sister property to our existing apartments in Crane Court, just a stone’s throw away.”

SACO, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, is offering travellers three nights for the price of two when staying at Red Lion Court or its sister property, Crane Court. Rates start at £220 per night for studio apartments and £256 for a one-bedroom apartment for Friday and Saturday from now until the end of June.
