Existing buildings: Bristol Temple Meads station, Paintworks, Temple Quay business park

Phase One: 2012-2016. 3,500 jobs in 40 new businesses. Infrastructure work. Attraction of world-leading brands

Phase Two: 2016-2036. Conversion of unused land and buildings to create prime business location. Creation of 17,000 jobs in 400 new businesses
