Global software company Sitecore has opened its first regional UK office in Bristol. The Danish-headquartered firm, which develops innovative customer management software systems for major global brands, has taken 3,000 sq ft at New Bond House, opposite Cabot Circus at the bottom of the M32.

Sitecore, founded in 2001, operates in more than 50 countries worldwide and works with clients such as American Express, Carnival Cruise Lines, easyJet, Heineken, LEGO, Microsoft, and Nestle.

Property consultants Alder King acted jointly with Jones Lang LaSalle on behalf of landlord the Max Group. The ground floor office suite had a quoting rent of £8.50 per sq ft and Sitecore has taken it on a five-year lease.

Alder King associate Catherine Collis said: “Bristol is hugely successful at attracting the best creative and technological businesses and people, a fact no doubt recognised by Sitecore.

“New Bond House provides Sitecore with good quality and extremely good value space in a prominent position fronting Bond Street.  It is also within striking distance of the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone with its focus on creative industries as well as Cabot Circus.”

Alder King and JLL are marketing the remaining 1,600 sq ft ground floor suite. Sitecore was represented by London-based GN2.
