Bevan Brittan reappoints senior partner at same time as two partners join its board

Joanne Easterbrook has been reappointed as senior partner of Bristol-headquartered national law firm Bevan Brittan while two partners have been appointed to its board.

Joanne, pictured, became senior partner in 2016 and will now hold the post for a further three-year term with effect from May 1 – the start of Bevan Brittan’s new financial year. 

Joanne is a highly experienced partner and recognised specialist, having led the firm’s clinical risk department 14 years. She is also a nominated partner acting for NHS Resolution and won Legal 500’s Individual (London) award for Insurance. She has been a partner at Bevan Brittan since 2004.

She is stepping down from her role as head of clinical risk to be replaced by Tim Hodgetts. Tim, who also becomes a board member, has been a partner at the firm since 2007. Based in its Birmingham and London offices, he has had a senior role within its clinical risk team for a number of years, managing the firm’s relationship with a several major clients.

At the same time Jodie Sinclair, head of the employment, pensions & immigration team, will be appointed to the board from May 1 as an elected member partner. She has 20 years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer with a particular focus on health and social care providers.
