Seven lawyers in the Bristol office of Bevan Brittan have promoted as the national firm celebrates another strong year.

Four of the Bristol lawyers have become senior associates and three associates. They form part of a 15-strong promotions round for the firm.

The new Bristol office senior associates are Aimee Cottam (property), Anna Davies (commercial & infrastructure), Deborah Jeremiah (clinical risk) and Trevor Watt (litigation, advisory and regulatory)

The promoted associates are Scott Couzens (commercial & infrastructure), Kyle Duggan (litigation, advisory and regulatory) and Oliver Glynn-Jones (property).

Bevan Brittan, which employs nearly 300 people in Bristol and also has offices in London, Leeds and Birmingham, has also appointed seven new partners in just over 12 months, with two joining the firm this year.

The Bristol office was given a further boost last month when property finance expert Jessica Church joined its housing finance team from Trowers & Hamlins in London.

Bristol Office head Rosemary Jago, pictured, said: “It has been another strong 12 months for our Bristol Office and nationally.

“I am delighted that we have been able to promote so many colleagues after another successful year for our business and all seven thoroughly deserve this recognition for the fantastic contributions they make every day to our business and our clients.

“It is fantastic that we have so many talented people with so much to offer our clients in terms of experience, technical ability and their passion for what they do.

“I would like to congratulate all seven Bristol-based colleagues for their thoroughly well-deserved promotions and look forward to seeing their careers develop at Bevan Brittan.”
