Four industrial and warehousing units at Severnside Trading Estate, Avonmouth, are being offered for sale – the only units of their type available on a freehold basis in Bristol.

Landlord M7 Real Estate, represented by property agent Knight Frank and BNP Paribas, has put the units, ranging from 4,894 sq ft to 13,322 sq ft, on the market with others to follow. Each unit has parking and yard access to the front, and either one or two-storey office blocks.

Russell Crofts of Knight Frank said: “These are the only freehold industrial units on the market in Avonmouth and provide a great opportunity.”

Jeremy Hughes of BNP added: “It is rare to be able to offer such good quality industrial buildings in this location.”

The first of the units to reach the market was bought by V6E, which produces multilingual commentary for open-top buses and tourist ferries.

The trading estate, which fronts onto St Andrews Road, was built in the early 1970s and the units are of steel portal frame.
