One floor of a newly-refurbished office building overlooking the M4/M5 interchange in north Bristol has come onto the market.

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, which owns the Axis Beta building at Almondsbury, has appointed Colliers International to let the 4,000 sq ft second floor.

James Preece from Colliers’ Bristol office said refurbished offices in good locations continued to attract attention, especially when they are so close to  major motorway interchange.

“We were receiving inquiries before we had issued the particulars,” he added. “Although there are a number of buildings available around the area very few offer this type of configuration which is why we have already seen considerable interest.

”There is something of a gap in the market for this size of accommodation on a single floor in Bristol’s north fringe.”

The open plan office includes 18 onsite car parking spaces and is advertised at a rent of £14.50 per sq ft.
